Health Pointe Program

The Club Healthpointe Program is not a diet, nor does it utilise any dietary pills or popular fads and quick fixes.

The Club Healthpointe Program works by teaching the body to gradually burn fat stores to utilise as energy. Once the desired weight-loss has been achieved, the body is further trained through the scientific nature of the program to stabilize at a new lean weight and to remain at the optimum weight for a lifetime through a process called metabolic adjustment (the body is introduced to more food while still being able to efficiently burn the same rate of energy as during the weight-loss phase, thereby maintaining a leaner weight).The result is that weight-loss is rapid and the results are sustainable and long-lasting.

The program consists of a six week cycle that includes four weeks of weight-loss and two weeks of metabolic adjustment. The average weight-loss that clients can expect on the program is 6kgs, however men can expect to lose up to 10kgs and women can expect to lose up to 7kgs. The program consists of eating three balanced meals a day plus snacks, as well as drinking adequate amounts of water and using supplementation that will further nourish and replenish the body during the weight-loss period.

The Club Healthpointe Program is available as a do-it-yourself kit, or as a personalized coaching experience guided by our wellness coaches. The coaching is an optional extra to provide clients with increased assurance in the success of the program, as well as support and lifestyle education through the weight-management journey.

  • Pedometer – to assist in the amount of activity you are actually do daily
  • Personalized Supplementation Recommendation

The cost of the full program is R 1,650.00, and can be bought online or through a consultant that will perform the Health Risk Assessment (HRA). Payment can be made online by debit or credit card.
